Dreamland Mobile Home Community is an all-ages mobile home park with 43 sites, mature trees and paved roads. City water and sewer. We allow 2 small pets, RESTRICTED breeds NOT allowed.

Potential residents must pass a credit and background check. There is a non-refundable $40 administrative fee that is due prior to starting the application process. Upon passing the credit and background check, all potential residents must have their home pre-approved by Dreamland management prior to moving it into the park.
